Jobs Seeker
If you are a jobseeker and if you have any complaint with relation to accessing your account or if you have any queries related to how Jobsempire can help you in finding your next job, please email your complaint or query to care@jobsempire.com
JobsEmpire Paid Services
If you are a jobseeker and if you purchased any of our premium services such as Resume Writing Service or Profile Spotlight service or Verification Services and if you have any complaint with relation to the delivery of the service, you can email your complaint or query to services@jobsempire.com
Escalation
If you have already written your complaint and if it is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate your complaint to our Customer Service Head. Please write to admin@jobsempire.com to escalate the complaint and our Customer Service Head will personally look into all such complaints.
